Primary Responsibilities:

LSAC is seeking a technical analyst to assist colleagues and external customers via telephone, email, and deskside support in troubleshooting and resolving problems. The candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Windows 7 and 8, and a basic understanding of web-based applications. The candidate should also have an understanding of IT security best practices and desktop deployment. The majority of the job will entail supporting external customers with inbound calls and emails.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of technical support experience supporting computer hardware and software is required.  A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology is preferred. 

Excellent organizational skills are also required as well as the ability to work independently and clearly communicate with team members while adhering to deadlines. 

Must be a team player with a strong commitment to customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of computer literacy.
