One Step Away!!!

By Those Without Homes for Those With Homes
The e-newsletter of the nonprofit organization One Step Away
One Step Away Celebrates 5 Years on December 15!
On December 15, 2009, Dainette Mintz, Director of the Office of Supportive Housing in Philadelphia, gave a $1 donation to receive the first ever copy of One Step Away hot off the presses. Little did we know, that would be the start of something tremendous: Philadelphia's first and only street paper One Step Away.

The past 5 years have been quite a journey. It hasn't always been an easy ride, but it has constantly been amazing. View our journey here

All of this growth would not be possible without your generosity. Thank you for supporting One Step Away and making us the program we are today.
See the difference you make in the lives of our vendors here and here.

5 Years of One Step Away hits the streets on December 1st, make sure and grab your copy!

Support our mission
You can help provide more individuals experiencing homelessness with meaningful income and personal growth opportunities, helping them attain or keep housing and break the cycle of homelessness. Your donation will also allow One Step Away to continue to backlight the scourge of homelessness and lack of affordable housing, while remaining a voice of awareness and advocacy for the homeless community. Learn more here.
