Maternity Care Coalition, a dynamic $8M nonprofit, works to
improve maternal/child health and well being.
Office
Assistant coordinates general office administration. Includes purchasing supplies, mail handling,
routine copier/printer issues, filing, phones, reception and copier/print area,
conference rooms, storage facility and related records retention; participate
in various administrative functions, including vehicles, parking and HR.
Seek motivated individual with
good organizational skills, computer literacy including word processing and
spreadsheet programs. Able to prioritize
and handle multiple tasks. Communicate
effectively with staff and clients, work independently and meet deadlines. Experience with payroll processing
preferred. Position in Philadelphia,
PA.
