Description:
- Professional desktop support tech needed for call center project at Cherry Hill, NJ facility. We need call center support, desktop setup, network connectivity and quality overall IT experience. Tech will be supporting approximately 65 users. This tech will be only on-site support for this project so dependability is a must have requirement.
- In need of someone who installed and/or maintained vendor software that records conversations between the call center agent that answers a call and assists someone with, for example, enrolling in a healthcare plan.
- The need is someone that makes sure the software that the call center agent uses is working properly.
