Assures compliance to Federal/State regulations and with all funding contract requirements, e.g. client files, services, reports, review legal documents for compliance purposes, etc.
Maintains database and MIS
Establishes a clear and streamlined strategy for implementing data management, data access/ presentation, and data maintenance for all primary program areas.
Maintain management system required for the agency to adequately complete outcome measurements for all program areas. Primary outcome measures would include financial, social impact and program participation.
Maintains annual grant and reports schedule
Writes State and other grant reports as necessary
Set up client files to comply with contract requirements
Review of client files for compliance with all grant contracts
