FREE "Parents Who Host, Lose the Most" materials in Delaware County!

In Pennsylvania, it is ILLEGAL and unsafe for anyone under the age of 21 to drink alcohol.
As a parent, you cannot give alcohol to your teen or your teen's friends who are under the age of 21 under ANY circumstance, even in your own home, even with their parent's permission.
Further, you cannot knowingly allow a person under 21 to remain in our home or on your property while consuming or possessing alcohol.
If you break the law, you could face potential jail time and/or a $2,500 fine.  Additionally, others will have the right to sue you in a Pennsylvania civil court if you provide alcohol to anyone under 21 if they hurt someone, hurt themselves, or damaged property._
