Pathways Transitional Living Program - Opening




Transitional Housing opportunity for a single homeless female age 16-21 (who does not have a juvenile record or DHS involvement). 
Subject: Pathways has an opening spot in their shelter

Transitional Living Program (TLP):

The TLP program offers services to pregnant and parenting teen mothers between the ages of 16 and 21 years old, who are not involved with the child welfare system or juvenile justice system.

Services include the supports necessary to transition to independence, including education support, employment skills training and computer workshops.

Group and individual counseling are also available. Post discharge, Pathways PA provides aftercare services to all young women and their children for up to one year. The TLP program is open to pregnant and parenting teen mothers
