Under the Affordable
Care Act:

Any youth in the foster care system any time on
or after their 18th birthday (from ANY state) may qualify to receive healthcare benefits beginning
January 1, 2014 in Pennsylvania.

Coverage may last until age 26. (Unless health insurance is acquired through other means such
as employment).
