As the leader of the organization, our Store Manager insures the smooth operation of this highly dynamic and energetic retail atmosphere by directing, managing and leading all aspects of store operations.
Typical Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Staffing duties including: recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, motivating and evaluating employees.
*Inventory management including: purchasing used inventory, stock rotation and managing inventory mix.
*Visual Merchandising.
*Ensuring Superior Customer Service.
*Driving Sales and Inventory Acquisition.
*Attaining and Maintaining Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Goals.
*Store Security and Loss Prevention.
*Internal Marketing.
*Effective and Efficient Communication with Immediate Supervisors.
Qualifications for this position --
*College degree preferred.
*Two (2) years prior retail management experience including familiarity with financial aspects of a retail operation and staffing experience.
*Two (2) years prior retail sales experience.
*MUST BE EXTREMELY familiar with current TEEN styles, trends, brands and retail price points.
*This position involves a management schedule rotation of 40-50 hours per week that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Store Manager is completely responsible for the success of this store, so if you are a self-motivated, high energy, retail professional, this is the job for you! This person will be required to work through the ranks of the establishment until all duties have been learned in every capacity.
Our retail hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, 9pm in the summer time and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
