As you make your rounds at the next job fair keep these tips in mind: Don't collect the give-a-ways until the end. They make you clumsy in your approach. Navigate the fair alone - meet up with your spouse or friends after the event Don't spend too much time with a particular employer - the coversation may go astray (i.e. complaining or too much personal talk.) Stay professional - in the parking lot, lobby, restroom, etc. You never know who you might run into!
