MusicWorks recently opened a music therapy treatment center in Havertown, PA. Located one block from the Blue Route at 2050 West Chester Pike, our new site is convenient for families from Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
MusicWorks facilitates small group music therapy sessions for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delays and other genetic abnormalities. Our Board Certified Music Therapists work on learning and communication, focus and attention, fine and gross motor skills and socialization through the use of music. Our small groups begin at the age of 1 and go up to young adults at the age of 40. Sessions run after school and Saturdays.
MusicWorks accepts Medical Assistance for residents of Delaware and Montgomery Counties. As a nonprofit agency, MusicWorks also offers financial assistance for those who qualify and might not have coverage.
