Primary
Responsibilities:
Provides
support to the Test Administration Group for various LSAT and MPRE test
administration related tasks. Primary responsibilities include maintaining the
LSAT TCM database, responding to MPRE and LSAT test center complaints,
processing test center agreement forms, recruiting new LSAT test centers and
assisting LSAT test supervisors in various ways to facilitate the
administrations of the LSAT and MPRE. May also support research projects
involving electronic test delivery.
Overtime, especially
surrounding each test administration is required.
Qualifications: Associates or higher degree or equivalent
experience; Experience in an office environment; Excellent writing skills, organizational
skills, customer service skills and attention to detail required; High level of
proficiency with WORD and basic knowledge of EXCEL spreadsheet and PowerPoint
software and an ability to work with various LSAC applications (training to be
provided); Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and excel in a
team environment. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures; is
desirable. Minimal travel; as needed.
