Data Entry Specialist:
Loading of data into a Call Data Recording system.
The duties will entail reviewing Excel spreadsheets and comparing the information to a web based organization chart on our intranet. Information will then be gleaned from the org chart and updated in the system. This is not a heads down, high speed data entry position. I really need someone who could think their way through organization charts. The individual will also be updating cost information in the system so accuracy is key as it will determine departmental charge backs.
Qualifications include basic familiarity with Excel and browser based applications. The person should be detailed oriented so as not to misalign the employee and their department.
