"LIGHT"- ALL STUDENT SHOW
Thanks to all who joined us for our free movie series in the month of September. It was a powerful and enjoyable time of fellowship that gathered a crowd of regular attendees. As for our next theatrical undertaking, we'll be having our first-ever All-Student Presentation entitled Light on November 17 & 18, Saturday & Sunday, at 5pm. Admission is free; but the Core Students are selling $6 glow in the dark "LIGHT" bracelets, which gives purchasers preffered seating at the shows. This helps raise support for the program so please purchase one at the door if possible. In "Light", current and graduated students alike will be singing, dancing, acting, and using other creative gifts, all for the purpose of conveying the theme of Christians called to be light in the midst of darkness. Please note attendance at one of these presentations is mandatory for youth interested in enrolling in The Core in order to start classes in January.
October saw the return of current students and an incoming group of new students. The most recent change to The Core program is that graduated students who are interested in continuing their involvement are returning to partner with incoming students to provide a godly example and help teach their Script Bible classes. These partnerships are already bearing fruit, as new students look forward to coming back each week and knowing they have someone their age who's excited to see them and share with them.
