Unemployment Audits - Are You Tracking Your Job Searches?

UC Work Search Requirements
Beginning in mid-February 2014, The Office of Unemployment Compensation (UC) plans to begin randomly auditing work search records to determine a claimant's eligibility for benefits under Section 401(b) of the PA UC Law.
To make sure you are in compliance with these regulations, please read the current requirements, accessible through this link. Click on "Work Search/Work Registration" for detailed information.
Please note that only claimants receiving notices from UC to submit their work search records should do so. All other claimants should keep their work search records for two years and provide them only upon request.
