Job Posting - Benefits Administrator


 

Full and Part Time Postitions:

VantagePoint Benefit Strategies/VantagePoint Human Resources is an established full service benefit broker and Human Resources Consultancy located in Delaware County. VantagePoint is a dynamic high growth company looking for motivated individuals in the Human Resources/Benefits field.  We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to service our business clients with all of their employee benefit needs while maintaining a focus on quality customer service and building positive relationships.   

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with client’s human resource, benefits departments, and/or primary contact on day to day administrative tasks, enrollments, renewals, underwriting, and claims issues
  • Liaison between client and insurance carriers
  • Benefits Administration Database entry
  • Maintains and coordinates enrollment/communication materials
  • Supports sales team in business development efforts
  • Prepares  RFP’s for sales team
  •  Works closely with all members of the VantagePoint Team to ensure exceptional client service
  • Additional Duties as assigned

 

 Requirements

  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask while managing strict deadlines
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Experience in Benefits/Group Health Insurance Field preferred

 

    Hours- depending on candidate and fit may hire for FT or PT positions.
