Volunteer Opportunity - Food Pantry Assistant

Generocity.org - Volunteer Opportunity - Food Pantry Assistant Source: generocity.org Drueding Center, a transitional housing program for homeless women with children, is looking for Food Pantry Assistants. Our organization is opening up a Food Pantry at the end of March and we're looking for volunteers who can make a three month commitment to helping low income families access healthy foods! Assistants will help with signing in families, weighing food products, educating families on two programs we will be using, etc. The Food Pantry will be open on Tuesdays from 9am-12pm, Thursdays from 4pm-7pm, and the 3rd Saturday of every month from 10am-2pm.
