- The Managed Market & Specialty Contract Administrator is responsible for the loading and maintenance of contracts through the contracting systems, as well as for the extensive support required in relation to internal and external customer tracking and communications.
- Accountability includes maintaining excellent customer service on the contracting hotline to answer key customer questions related to contract data, timing, pricing and contract language for the physician contracts.
- Responsible for the integrity of CARS/IS and other reporting systems data.
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: trouble shooting problems of various complexities with limited supervision, running and analyzing reports, performing SOX analysis, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as necessary, partnering with cross functional teams and providing a high level of customer service.
