Redefining the Cultural Connection:
Strong African American Families

This FREE 7-week interactive and
exciting program is available for
parents/caregivers and their youth
ages 10-14 for Delaware County Residents. 
This Program 
- Promotes youth's self-pride.
- Strengthens parents'/caregivers' communication skills.
- Teaches youth skills for dealing with temptation  and peer pressure. 

Select one of the locations below to attend the 7 week program

(Programs are scheduled regularly throughout Delaware County)

                Location 1:        First African Baptist Church
Date: Wednesdays, starting November 5th
Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Address:  814 Clifton Ave, Sharon Hill, Pa 19079

         Location 2:     Mount Pleasant Baptist Church:
Date: Wednesdays, starting November 12th
Time:  5:30pm-8:00pm
Address: 101 Washington Avenue Twin Oaks, Pa 19014

       
Requirements to Register:
Identify as black or African American and youth must be in middle school. 

*Free childcare services available for children under 10* 
  
$200 available to families that complete the program!
