You’re invited: Summer of Peace 2014 Family Fun Day on July 19
I am partnering with state Sen. Anthony H. Williams to host the Summer of Peace 2014 Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 19 at the Nile Swim Club at 513 S. Union Ave. in Yeadon.
Residents of all ages are
invited to the event, which will include basketball games, moon bounces,
arts and crafts, free food, and state resources and information.
There will also be a pool party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This free event is designed
to prevent crime and violence by providing youth and their families fun,
positive, community based activities.
