WHO QUALIFIES? HOW DO YOU APPLY?

Members of the public are invited to attend a free seminar on EXPUNGEMENT sponsored by the Legal Services to the Public and the Pro Bono Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association. 

• Have you been denied a job or fired from a job because of your criminal record?
• Have you been denied entrance into a job training program because of your criminal record?
• Have you been denied an occupational license because of your criminal record?
• Have you been convicted of a summary offense and not been arrested or charged with any other crime in the past five years?
