This is an exciting opportunity for musicians and music lovers alike to be a part of a community-level collaboration to promote and showcase our city's love of music and the arts. Expand your musical horizons, experience the conductor's artistry, and enjoy the concert that results. Join us as we gather together to celebrate Philadelphia's rich musical history!
Musical selections include R. Strauss Fanfare for the Vienna Philharmonic, Randall Thompson's "Alleluia" and Giovanni Gabrieli's Canzona No. 2. The Temple University Brass Quintet will play Gales' "Suite Mexicana." "America the Beautiful" will be the final piece played in the program.
