Pathways PA - EKG Training Opportunity

Medical Training Opportunity for Residents or Employees in Delaware, Bucks, an Montgomery Counties

PathWays PA is actively pursuing a final few qualified candidates for the remaining slots in its next EKG Technician Training & National Certification course that begins this month. This is a wonderful opportunity to expose your employees to low priced training and improve the skills and productivity and flexibility  of your workforce.

This 50 hour program prepares students to function as EKG Technicians and take the American Society of Phlebotomy Technician (ASPT) – Electrocardiograph (EKG) Technician exam. It will cover anatomy and physiology of the heart, introductory medical terminology, medical ethics, legal aspects of patient contact, electrocardiography, and include hands on practice with an EKG machine.

To qualify for this class, students must have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, and live or work in Delaware County, Bucks County, or Montgomery County. The total cost of the class including materials and sitting for the national exam, is $250 ... a significant reduction over the cost of such training and certification from other sources.

Additionally – prospective students must act NOW – as the final slots will be filled over the next 7-10 days.

Interested students should please contact Brandon Putz at 610-543-5022 ext. 228 or at BPutz@pathwayspa.org to schedule a pretest.
